Other inclusions not listed as a part of this booking may be chargeable.

Upon cancellation of refundable booking the refund processing will take time between two to four weeks to show the refund back on your credit card or bank statement by deducting bank or credit card charges from the advance. "The hotel is on top of a hill amongst the Aravali ranges on the western edge of Udaipur city. The city centre is 7 kms away, airport is 30 kms and the railway station is 12 kms."
02 What do you have in the vicinity of the Hotel?
"Hotel Fateh Garh is built in natural surroundings with 25 acre's of land and the closest neighbour being a village 15 mins walk away."
03 Does the hotel have a tipping policy?
"Yes for guest convenience we have a policy of centralised tipping at the time of check-out. All staff members are instructed not to receive tips directly to save guest from inconvenience."
04 Is the Fateh Garh handicap friendly and is it suitable for the elderly?
"Being located on a hillside, Fateh Garh does have different levels which means climbing stairs. We have taken care to provide a separate access for wheelchairs and elderly people who may not wish to climb stairs. This separate access ensures that guests do not have to climb stairs. We also have provided an elevator to access the major areas of the hotel."
05 Is Fateh Garh a 5 star hotel in Udaipur?
"No, Fateh Garh is not a five star hotel. Fateh Garh is Heritage Renaissance Resort in Udaipur which is deeply committed to being ethical, sustainable and responsible."
06 What kind of service style do you have?
"At Fateh Garh we have employed about 75 % of our staff from the villages close by and the rest of the staff is from hotel background. In our endeavour to be sustainable we insist on employing staff locally and train them to ensure that they make your stay a memorable one."
07 What activities are on offer at the hotel?
"At Fateh Garh the guest can take a Jeep Safari into the village close by where they take a small walk and interact with the villagers. This is an ideal experience to witness a near medieval life-style. For children we have a number of board games like carom, monopoly, scrabble etc.. which are available on request."

Fateh Garh offers five room categories: Renaissance Rooms (300 sq ft, 27 rooms, sleeps 3), Heritage Chamber Rooms (350 sq ft, 18 rooms, sleeps 3), Heritage Suites with Balcony (400 sq ft, 4 suites, sleeps 3), Plunge Pool Suites (500 sq ft, sleeps 3) and the Honeymoon Suite with Jacuzzi (500 sq ft, sleeps up to 4).
09 Do the rooms come with twin or double beds?
Renaissance Rooms and Heritage Chamber Rooms come with the option of a double bed or twin beds. Plunge Pool Suites and the Honeymoon Suite are configured with a double bed.
10 Which room category includes a private swimming pool?
"The grand Plunge Pool Suites near City Palace offer a private turquoise swimming pool, perfect for a leisurely dip while soaking in the splendour of Udaipur."
11 Is the Honeymoon Suite suitable for couples with children?
"The Honeymoon Suite is crafted for couples seeking romance and privacy, offering 500 sq. ft. of luxurious space for up to 4 guests" – with a jacuzzi included. It is exclusively designed for newlyweds and honeymooners.

Fateh Garh offers two multi-cuisine restaurants on the premises – Baradari (in-house, 117 guests) and Prasadham (in the lobby, 69 guests) – plus three private dining venues (Sky Walk, Suraj Ghokra and Chandra Ghokda).
13 What are the restaurant operating hours?
Both Baradari and Prasadham operate from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM, offering both à la carte and buffet dining options.
14 Are alcoholic beverages served at the restaurants?
Yes – Baradari serves "award-winning dishes alongside your favourite alcoholic beverages" and Prasadham offers "satiating alcoholic beverages" alongside its dining options.

15 Does Fateh Garh have a spa?
Yes. Sansha is the in-house wellness spa at Fateh Garh, "spread across 2500 sq. ft. of space with beautiful views of the City of Lakes." It offers "soothing therapeutic body massages and treatments with trained masseuses."

Sansha Spa operates from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Spa rates are available on request – please reach out to our concierge.

The Conference Hall spans 1,539 sq. ft. (theatre seating 100), the Boardroom is 774 sq. ft. (seats 24), and the Jai Bagh Banquet Hall is 3,600 sq. ft. with dimensions of 90 ft × 40 ft × 14 ft.

"Our check-in time is 02:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability."
23 How long does a refund take to process?
"Upon cancellation of refundable booking the refund processing will take time between two to four weeks to show the refund back on your credit card or bank statement by deducting bank or credit card charges from the advance."
24 What identification will I need at check-in?
"You will be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in."
25 How can I make an online payment to the hotel?
